Below you will find the average delivery time for all our packages:

  • Once an order has been placed, we need 1–3 business days to process the order. During the week, this usually takes one business day. However, if you order on Friday evening or during the weekend, it may take a little longer.

  • Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped. The average delivery time is 8–12 business days.

Placing an order

The ordering process at Boxein is designed to be as simple as possible. First, you need to go to the product page and add the desired product to your shopping cart. To do this, click on the black "Add to cart" button.

It is important to check whether you have selected the correct variants. If everything is correct, click on "Checkout".

On the information page, you must enter your correct address details. Make sure all information is correct. Once this information has been correctly filled in, you can click on "Continue to shipping".

On the "Shipping" page, you have the option to check your entered address details again. It is also noted that every delivery is shipped completely free of charge. As a sign of our appreciation, we always cover the shipping and delivery costs. You can then click on "Continue to payment".

For payment options, you have the choice between various payment methods. At Boxein, all payment options are SSL-encrypted, so you can always rely on a secure payment environment.
